1. Bookings & deposits
A deposit is required to secure most appointments and is applied toward your service total. Exact deposit amounts are shown in the booking form at checkout. [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT: exact deposit amount(s) and refundability]
2. Rescheduling & cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made inside the 48-hour window may forfeit the deposit. [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT: no-show and late-cancellation fee]
3. Late arrivals
Please arrive on time — appointments are booked one client at a time so late arrivals may shorten your service time or require rescheduling. [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT: grace period in minutes]
4. Patch tests & contraindications
Certain services, including permanent-makeup and lash treatments, may require a patch test in advance. Please disclose pregnancy, nursing, allergies, active skin conditions, autoimmune conditions, blood-thinning medication, or a history of cold sores before booking, as these may affect eligibility or require medical clearance.
5. Results vary
Permanent-makeup, lash and skin results vary by individual skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare compliance. No specific outcome, healed color, or retention period is guaranteed.
6. Gift cards

7. Pricing
Prices listed on this site reflect current rates and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of FL.
