The appointment
Topical numbing keeps you comfortable through the full 90 minutes while pigment is layered in fine passes, building depth gradually rather than all at once.

Days 1–7
Lips look bold and feel slightly swollen at first, then lightly flake around day four to seven. The colour appears to vanish underneath — this is normal and expected.

Week 6 — healed & retouch
