Rose is an Irish expat artist who built her practice on two traditions rarely found under one roof: precise European technique and the gentler, detail-obsessed Korean methods she trained in — including the Korean Lash Lift and Korean Salmon DNA microneedling. Her North Miami studio on NE 124th St is deliberately small: one client at a time, never rushed, never rescheduled around a crowded chair.
